The client is self-employed and has 2 contract letters. The last 2 years' tax returns showed taxable income of under $36k.
Client is a renter, not a property owner and has no other credit nor an existing credit rating. He produced a savings account to show a record of savings and business banking over the last 6 months. No BAS statements were required.
